Shipping is provided by Australia Post.
Shipping Methods
There are two postage methods that we regularly use, which are Express Post (starting from $10) and Registered Postage (starting from $12.50). The actual price for postage is based on the weight and destination of the item.
Express Post is very quick delivery (depending on stock availability) but does not include any postal insurance for lost or damaged items.
Registered and Insured postage items are insured to the value of the sale, and protect against lost or damaged parcels (insurance provided by Australia Post). This method of delivery takes longer than Express Post, but is safer for expensive items.
StoneBridge Computing does not take any responsibility for items sent via Express Post that become damaged or lost during postage.
Postage Costs
Postage costs are automatically calculated in the checkout processes depending on the size and weight of the order, as well as the delivery postcode. Because of this, any email requests sent for postage costs cannot be fulfilled as the system is automatic.
