Shipping methods available include courier and Australia Post options.
Courier Options
The couriers that we use are TNT and Couriers Please. Delivery by Couriers Please is only available to Sydney metropolitan areas. For protection against loss or damage of your items in transit, both for Couriers Please and TNT deliveries, please select the option that includes insurance. Delivery without insurance is offered as an option for those customers who have their own insurance for deliveries.
Australia Post
We offer Parcel Post (starting from $7), Express Post (starting from $10.45) and Registered Post (starting from $12.50). The actual price for postage is based on the weight and destination of the item.
Parcel Post is only available on small and relatively inexpensive items. Parcel Post does not allow tracking or insurance on your delivery. If you are concerned, we recommend Express Post or Registered Post.
Express Post provides very quick delivery (depending on stock availability), and provides tracking on the delivery, but does not include any postal insurance for lost or damaged items.
Items sent by Registered Post are insured to the value of the item, providing protection against loss or damage in transit (insurance provided by Australia Post). This method of delivery takes longer than Express Post, but is safer for expensive items.
StoneBridge Computing does not take any responsibility for items sent via Express Post that become damaged or lost during postage.
Shipping Costs
Postage costs are automatically calculated in the checkout processes depending on the size and weight of the order, as well as the delivery postcode.
